Mathematics

Mathematics has an important function in the formation of citizens. This discipline constitutes a fundamental aspect of the personal and professional development of our students. Through the implementation of a dynamic and pertinent curriculum together with teachers who are facilitators of the learning process, the students will become integral individuals. They will be equipped to solve problems effectively, apply acquired knowledge, adopt an analytical attitude, and demonstrate imagination and creativity for problem resolution. The facilitator must guide the student to think, to communicate, to apply knowledge, and to appreciate the learning process.

The mathematics program encourages students to discover and identify connections among the different themes and concepts under study. One of the main objectives of the program is that all the students reach standards of excellence.

Radians School’s Mathematics curriculum has been developed to provide a rigorous and challenging learning experience. Our curriculum includes a broad range of knowledge and skills and introduces many skills such as numeration and number theory, whole computation, fractions, mixed numbers, decimals, and problem solving.
