The academic curriculum is enriching and flexible according to the interests and needs of our students, giving special emphasis to the use of English, universal language of communication and the use of technology, meeting the needs of a changing world. The curriculum has been designed to prepare students for a demanding college education. Radians School is a “College Preparatory School”.

Academic Overview

Radians School seeks to create the ideal environment so that students can enrich their moral, affective, social, intellectual, and physical growth to become committed individuals in search of the meaning of God and mankind.

The fundamental objectives of education are to instill the basic values and virtues of mankind such as: honesty, empathy, respect, responsibility, and kindness. It strives to prepare students to be in control of their own destinies, and to give teaching a human dimension capable of developing well-balanced men and women. Education should strive to achieve the harmonic integration of its systematic work with the daily life of individuals and the community. Radians School aspires to develop individuals who respect their culture and traditions, diverse religious beliefs, the fine arts, and the moral values and virtues of the society to which they belong.

Radians School’s academic curriculum is enriching and flexible adapted to the needs of our students, emphasizing the use of English, Science, Mathematics, Technology, and Language Arts. An essential part of the philosophy of this institution is to prepare college-bound students. The main goal is to prepare students beyond the basic skills, so that they will put forth their maximun effort to obtain excellent scores in the College Entrance Exam.

P.A.L.S

PALS (Progressive Advanced Learning Strategy) is our student-centered methodology that works to fully engage each and every student in the educational process; ultimately leading to the development of self-learners who master the higher order thinking skills needed for future success. Radians offer a varied educational experience that draws upon the best and most modern educational strategies that will engage the students in the educational process, and yields excellent results.

AP Courses

An essential part of the philosophy of this institution is to prepare college-bound students. The main goal is to prepare students beyond the basic skills, so that they will put forth their maximum effort to obtain excellent scores in the College Entrance Exam. 

As part of the curriculum, the student is exposed to real experience and problem-solving situations to develop critical thinking skills and to apply them in the real world. The curriculum’s general objective is to prepare students who are able to master the following skills: problem solving, math logic, use of technology, decision making, develop appreciation for mathematics, and discover the application of mathematical skills in everyday life.

In High School, students take the following courses: Algebra II, Geometry, Programa Nivel Avanzado (PNA) College Math, Pre-Calculus and Calculus.
